How to recycle your Philips Product. What is the classed as WEEE?

Small electrical items that are broken (and can’t be repaired or refused) are classed as WEEE – waste electrical and electronic equipment

Any items that have a  plug, use batteries, need charging, or have a picture of a crossed-out wheelie bin on, are known as Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE)

Kerbside collection 

Your local authority may collect small electrical items, including your Philips product.

Visit your local council’s website to see if they collect small electrical items. This is usually found under ‘What Can I Recycle’

Local recycling 

You can recycle WEEE waste via your local recycling centre. Please check details of your local centre before you visit.
