I got this machine in March 2020, just as the lockdown started, setting it up took few minutes at best, since then I have changed the filters and wick (all effortless), the wick requires cleaning every so often from limescale but that too is easy. The machine also comes with an app which (when it does work) lets you set up the machine any way you want & even gives you weather and allergy information. In sleep mode it works so quietly that you can barely notice. All in all, I would definitely recommend.

I have been recovering from throat cancer and have been left with a dry mouth and throat- waking often through the night with a dry mouth and throat. I now sleep though the night, no stuffy nose or dry throat. Rehydrates the air and purifies too. Excellent-I highly recommend this product.

Upon opening the box I could see it was a top of the range product. It was bigger than I thought it would be, easy to set up and control. I suffer from hay fever and have 2 sons with asthma so this has been a godsend, I could notice a difference in the air within an hour or so of setting it up. I haven’t had any itchy eyes and my kids asthma has improved with the difference in the air quality since setting it up. I’ve also noticed my kids are sleeping better! Which is great for me, hopefully no more restless nights. I would recommend it to anyone with allergies or asthma

Upon arrival, the item looked premium & was very quick to set up with the help of simple instructions! I must not forget to say - The WIFI feature is great as it was easy for me to control the settings while I was upstairs, which is so hassle free! The application software which is used makes it quick to interpret the data and to understand the effect of the 2 in 1 air purifier in the home! I'm very happy that there has been an evident difference in my mothers asthmatic condition!
